Does participation cost anything?
No. Signing up for the product testing pool and taking part in product tests and surveys are free of charge.
How do I join the product testing panel?
Sign up using the form and provide a few details about yourself, your measurements, and your wearing habits. This will help us to better assess which tests and surveys are suitable for you. We will use your details solely for the purposes of the product testing pool.
Will I be selected automatically once I’ve registered?
No. We put together a suitable test group depending on the product, topic and specific question. Factors such as size, wearing habits or previous experience may play a role in this. It is therefore impossible to say in general terms how often you will be invited or selected. As soon as something is suitable for you, we’ll get in touch by email.
Do I have to accept every invitation?
No. You decide anew with every invitation whether you have the time and feel like it. Declining an invitation has no bearing on future invitations. You can also cancel your registration at any time.
No obligation. You won’t be asked to take part unless you say yes.
What can I expect if I take part, and how much time should I set aside?
It depends on the specific topic. Sometimes you’ll just complete a short online questionnaire. Sometimes you’ll test a product in your everyday life over a certain period and then provide feedback – either online or in a face-to-face meeting.
You’ll receive all the important information before you agree to take part: the process, the time commitment, how long the test will last, and whether you’ll be able to keep the product or will need to return it.
